To claim a replacement:

You must provide a clear, unedited parcel opening video from the moment you receive the sealed package.

The sealed parcel

The entire opening process (no cuts or pauses)

The issue or damage clearly

⚠️ No claims will be accepted without a proper parcel opening video.
⚠️ Edited or paused videos will be rejected.
⚠️ This helps us confirm whether the issue occurred during delivery or after.
